These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Threadcut's website and clothing cut-out services (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service.

1. Service Description

ThreadCut provides an AI-powered image processing service that allows users to upload fashion images and receive segmented, cut-out versions of individual clothing items. The Service processes uploaded images to create isolated garments suitable for various fashion and design purposes.

2. Using Our Service

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use our Service. By using ThreadCut, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

2.2 Image Upload and Processing

• Our Service allows you to upload fashion images for processing
• You may download the resulting cut-out images for your use
• Processed images and related data are stored temporarily (until the end of the day) and then automatically deleted from our systems
• We do not store or retain your original uploaded images

2.3 Service Limitations

• Our Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis
• We do not guarantee specific results or perfect accuracy in garment segmentation
• Processing times may vary depending on image complexity and system load
• The Service may have usage limits to ensure fair access for all users

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Acceptable Use

When using ThreadCut, you agree not to:

• Upload content that violates third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Upload illegal, harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Use our Service to distribute malware or perform malicious activities
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our technology or algorithms
• Use automated methods to access our Service unless specifically authorized
• Interfere with the operation of our Service or circumvent any limitations

3.2 Content Ownership and Licenses

• You retain ownership of the images you upload to our Service
• By uploading images to ThreadCut, you grant us a limited license to process your images for the purpose of providing our Service
• This license is temporary and expires once we delete your processed images
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any images submitted

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Our Intellectual Property

ThreadCut and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our technology, algorithms, and processes are proprietary.

4.2 Feedback

If you provide us with feedback, ideas, or suggestions regarding our Service ("Feedback"), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use that Feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.

5.1 Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE EXPLICITLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (1) THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR (2) $100 USD.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ThreadCut and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of our Service

• Your violation of any third-party rights, including privacy or intellectual property rights
• Any content you upload to our Service

8. Analytics and Cookies
